I really like the packaging for this summer edition of Diesel, fuel for life.

I think its very different from the usual stereotypical pink, flowery summer editions,

using bold colours such as blues, pinks and yellows and block shapes.

 I am looking at existing perfume advertising for inspiration for 

my perfume ad i will make for a magazine.

I have taken the basic bottle shape that already exists for hugo and 

modified it slightly for my own range of Hugo perfumes.

These perfume bottles are much like the designs i have done. With a stencil looking 

design around the bottle. I have done something similar and kept the stencil design across the range

of products.

I have found these laser cut cupcake wrappers. They look beautiful and delicate

and would be appealing to an audience of people who like baking and decorating cakes etc. 

The subject/content for this would be food.

I love the use of coloured paper behind the laser cut design. Its simple but very effective.

I think using laser cutting for branding looks really nice. I would like to try this for myself

perhaps on a business card. 

I would like to further my skills in designing images to be laser cut. I have realised this is something i really enjoy.

I found this work by Olivia Cheung. She has designed and made a lamp shade 

which has been cleverly laser cut with delicate, detailed design. 

I think its really clever how some parts of the design are laser cut but not completely 

therefore parts are sticking out.
